UG-CAM铣削编程与数控加工仿真软件的综合应用

摘    要:以一个工件的数控加工工艺为例,阐述了UG数铣编程操作过程及UG编程的操作技巧。通过将UG-CAM生成的数控加工程序导入仿真系统进行加工模拟,证实数控加工仿真软件可模拟数控机床的操作及数控加工程序的试切过程,并能对数控加工程序的加工效果进行预评估。

Abstract:It takes umerical control machining process as an example,explains UG milling programming operation process and UG programming skills.It simulates the machining process through importing the nc program to generate simulation model.This method can simulate the cutting process and evaluate machining effect of the NC program.
