玻化微珠干混砂浆的研究

摘    要:玻化微珠是最近开发的一种无机玻璃质轻骨料,因其具有导热系数小,吸水率低、防火性能好等优异性能而受到墙体保温领域的高度关注。本文研究玻化微珠与外加剂对干混砂浆性能的影响。结果表明:随着玻化微珠加入量的增加,干混砂浆的体积密度变小、抗压/抗折强度下降,导热系数降低;随着外加剂加入量的增加,干混砂浆的抗压/抗折强度都下降,尤其是外加剂A和C的影响较大。

Abstract:Glazed hollow bead recently developed is a kind of inorganic glassy light aggregate with excellent properties of low thermal conductivity,low water absorption and good fire-proof,and is paid highly attention in the field of thermal insulation of wall.The effects of glazed hollow bead and additives on the properties of dry mixing mortar have been researched.It results:the bulk density,compression/flexure strength and thermal conductivity of dry mixing mortar will decrease with increase of the glazed hollow bead and the compression/flexure strength of dry mixing mortar will decrease with increase of additives,especially additives A,C.
