摘    要:以机电一体化的设计思路设计了一台能够处理36种母液的自动配液机。该设备机械主体部分为龙门式三维机器人结构和机械夹持器,其传动装置采用是同步带传动和滚珠丝杠,导向装置为滚动直线导轨。设计以PMAC(Programmable Multi-Axis Controller)可编程多轴控制器(PMAC内置PLC功能)作为CNC模块,工控为系统支撑单元的开放式数控系统,能够实现自动配液机精密运动。

Abstract:First of all,designed an automatic distribution machine to handle 36 species of mother liquor by mechanical and electrical integration design ideas.The main part of the machinery structure is three-dimensional gantry robot gripper,the transmission device using drive screw pair,ball screw and the timing belt,guides for the linear guide.The design chose PMAC(programmable multi one axis controller) programmable multi-axis controller(PMAC built-in PLC functions) as the CNC module.Factory automation control is open CNC system which in system support unit,that is,"IPC + adapter" program as hardware platform,designed for automatic dosing machine precision movement.
