斜齿轮齿条消隙传动在大型设备数控改造中的应用

摘    要:对长距离直线驱动的大型设备进行数控改造时,采用斜齿轮齿条消隙减速传动结构,传动刚度高,输出扭矩大,定位精度易于保证。着重介绍车床齿轮齿条消隙传动减速箱的设计。

Abstract:Adopting the anti-backlash mechanism of the bevel wheels and racks can easily realize the goal of transmission rigidity, big output torque, and position accuracy for the long-distance linear drive large-scale equipment numerical control transformation. The essay focuses on the design of anti-backlash mechanism reducer with gears and racks.
