外转子永磁轮毂电机的设计研究

摘    要:阐述了轮毂电机在电动汽车上的优势,其有两种不同的结构形式,其中结构紧凑的直驱式外转子是目前研究热点。以外转子直驱式永磁电机为研究对象,介绍了绕组设计、槽极数组合选择和磁钢设计,并提出了降低齿槽转矩和不平衡磁拉力的措施等。最后以一台外转子轮毂电机为模型,对其性能进行了仿真分析,效果明显。

Abstract:The advantages of in-wheel motor on application of electrical vehicle are described.It develops two different structure styles,another named directed-drive is hot point as compact itself.This paper analyzed designing wiring,selecting factor of slot/pole number combinations and choosing magnet material based on outer-rotor permanent magnet in-wheel motor,also provided methods of decreasing cogging torque and no-balance magnet pull force.Finally a example of in-wheel motor,its performance is well by simulating.
