| 摘 要： | 分析了某注塑机企业工程变更的实际流程,利用多色集合与UML集成建模技术,对该企业工程变更的工作流过程进行建模。建立了工程变更流程的UML活动图,并根据UML与PS集成建模方法的映射规则,将工程变更流程的UML活动图模型映射为PS关系规则模型。利用PS关系模型的简化规则对UML模型进行结构分析,并通过定量计算,分析了流程中存在的问题。根据分析情况,对原流程进行优化,并对优化后的流程进行计算验证。

| Abstract: | Analyzed the practical engineering change process of one injection molding machine enterprise,modeled the engineering change workflow process of the enterprise by the polychromatic sets and UML integrated modeling technology.Established the UML activity diagrams of engineering change process,and according to the mapping rules of the integration modeling method based on UML and PS,the UML activities graph model of engineering change process would be mapped to PS relationship rules model.Using the simplified rules of PS relationship rules model analyzed the structure of UML model,and through the quantitative calculation,analyzed the problems existing in the process.According to the analysis,optimized and verified the original process. |
