基于全自动包装机PLC的优化设计

在分析全自动包装机工作过程的基础上,设计了以HOLLiAS LEC G3系列PLC为基础的DXD全自动包装机控制系统。在硬件设计方面,根据包装机的工艺流程和控制要求,着重介绍PLC、步进电机、色标传感器、计数传感器等重要部件的配置,并给出包装机控制系统的接线图。在软件设计方面,给出程序设计流程图,并介绍部分PLC梯形图,最后简要介绍了人机界面。

Optimization Design of PLC Based on Automatic Packaging MachineBy

In this article,a DXD automatic packaging machine control system on HOLLiAS LEC G3 series is designed after a fully analysis of the working process of automatic packaging machines carried out.In terms of hardware design,according to the packaging process and control requirements,particular attention is given to the introduction of PLC,stepping motor,colour sensors,stop counting sensors,and other important parts of the configuration,and a wiring diagram of packaging machine control system is also provided.In the area of software design,programming flowcharts are presented following by the introduction of PLC ladder diagram,and human-machine interface is briefly described.
