摘    要:在分析了轨道交通牵引电机对高性能精密铜合金材料需求的基础上,重点介绍了高铁电机用铜合金护环的特殊要求和所采用的生产工艺方案,获得了一种抗拉强度大于750MPa、伸长率大于12%的高强韧铜合金护环,并分析了实现护环的强韧化机理,最后展望了铜合金护环类零件的应用前景。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the demand of high performance copper alloys for the application in railway electrical machine,the requirement and processing technology of copper shroud ring were especially focused on.A copper alloy shroud ring with the ultimate strength over 750 MPa and elongation over 12% was obtained and the strengthening mechanism was analyzed.Finally,the applications of high performance copper alloy for railway electrical machine were prospected.
