深井井筒及马头门修复技术

摘    要:井筒马头门附近由于开掘空间大,难以支护且易被破坏,加之该地点对矿井生产具有重要影响,所以必须保证马头门支护强度。本文分析了笔者曾经工作过的刘庄煤矿西回风井井筒破坏情况,通过进行挖除破坏变形砼壁、重新砌筑钢筋砼等修复作业,经过连续3年的观测,数据表明基本没有再次发生变形,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:The large excavation space near the shaft ingate make it difficult to support and easy to damage,so the ingate support intensity seems significant to mine production.By analysis of the damage to the western airshaft in Liuzhuang Colliery,the author introduces the remediation such as excavating the deformed concrete wall and rebuilding reinforced concrete,which has proved effective with no deformation after three-year observation.
