热轧钢筋控制冷却工艺研究

摘    要:结合韶钢炼轧厂小型连轧生产线的快速冷却装置生产实践,综述了控制冷却各工艺参数对热轧钢筋的组织和力学性能的影响,通过各工艺参数和钢筋机械性能的相关性分析,寻求采用低成本低能耗生产高性能产品的工艺及其优化的方法。

Abstract:In view of the production practice of quick cooling equipment in the rolling line in Steel-making and Rolling Plant in Shaoguan Iron & Steel Group Co.,Ltd,the paper gives an overview of the influence of control cooling process data on the microstructure and mechanical performance of hot rolled rebar.Making analysis of process data and mechanical property of rebar,it seeks for the process that can use low cost and low consumption to produce high quality product and its optimization.
