摘    要:QD2745-403含油轴承磨损过大,会使起动机电枢铁芯外圆扫膛,导致起动机在起动过程中缺少力量。为了解决含油轴承的磨损问题,运用了减少摩擦系数、提高零件摩擦部位的硬度、采用耐磨性材料等的改善方法,从经济效益的角度出发,作了三种改进的方案,通过试验和用户的使用,确定了用深沟球轴承来代替含油轴承,从而解决了含油轴承的磨损问题,并且取得了一定的经济效益。

Abstract:QD2745-403 oil-bearing wear make starter armature core cylindrical sweep chamber, causing the lack of starter power during starting. In order to solve the problem of oil-bearing wear, the methods of reducing friction coefficient, increasing the friction parts of the parts hardness and using wear resistant materials are adopted. From the economic perspective, this paper put forward three kinds of improvement programs, through testing and user using to determine the use of deep groove ball bearings instead of oil-bearing, solved the problem of oil-bearing wear.
