凝汽器钛管的泄露原因分析和运行维护策略

摘    要:采用海水冷却的凝汽器钛管若出现泄露则危害严重,且查漏、堵漏困难,针对这个问题,分析了凝汽器钛管泄露的原因,从运行和设备管理两方面提出了防止凝汽器钛管泄露的措施和发生泄露时的处理方法。

Abstract:It is seriously harmful to equipment that leakage occurs in condenser titanium tubes using sea water as cooling medium. Finding and blocking leakage is difficult. For these problems, this paper analyzes the causes of leakage for condenser titanium tubes, and presents the preventive measures and the methods dealing with leakage from two aspects of operation and equipment management.
