高速直接驱动系统仿真分新研究

摘    要:利用多领域建模方法和面向对象建模语言,对由直线电机构成的驱动系统试验台进行了建模与分析。B样条网络作为自学习前馈控制器(LFFC)对控制系统,在20-SIM环境中进行设计与仿真。LFFC是一种基于神经网络的简单有效的学习控制策略,仿真分析的结果也显示出LFFC明显地减小了由于外部干扰、摩擦等带来的影响,提高了系统的跟踪性能。

Abstract:Multi-physics modeling and Object-Oriented Modeling(OOM) language have been used to analyze the test bench which represents high speed feed-drive system with linear motors(LMs).The B-spline networks(BSNs) are used as learning feedforward controller(LFFC),and it is designed and simulated by the OOM language in 20-SIM.The LFFC is a simple and effective control method based on neural network(NN).The results show that LFFC reduces drastically the influence of external disturbances,end effect,friction and parameters variation and enhances the tracking performance of the LMs system.
