| 摘 要： | PY-140B液压站是专门为钢带机制动器配套设计制造的,它和制动器组合成一套制动系统,当压力油进入制动器油缸推动活塞,碟形弹簧成松闸状态,使钢带机正常运输;当油缸内压力下降时,碟形弹簧复位、推动活塞向前,使闸瓦接触制动盘,实现安全制动;当主机工作发生故障时,能紧急制动使主机安全、可靠的停车。

| Abstract: | PY-140B hydraulic station is exclusively designed and manufactured for the brake of cable belt conveyor as a set of braking system with the brake,in which the cable belt conveyor works normally when pressure oil enters the brake cylinder,pushes the piston and makes the disk spring loosen;safe braking is realized when the brake shoe contacts the brake with the pressure oil decreasing,the disk spring resetting and pushing the piston forward;and emergency braking makes the main engine shutdown safely and reliably when the main engine breaks down. |
