摘    要:介绍了一个基于VC 6.0的工控机与西门子直流调速器、交流变频器联网组成的计算机调速监控系统.采用基于RS485/232接口的USS协议实现了工控机与一台直流调速器和两台交流变频器的串行通信控制.本系统的优点在于不需购置额外的系统组态附件即实现联网调速和监控,为电机的测试和控制提供了一个灵活、低成本、高性能的方案.

Abstract:This paper introduces a computer SR control system composed of PC and a SIEMENS DC speed regulator and AC inverters based on VC++6.0.The serial communication control between PC and one DC speed regulators and two AC inverters is realized by using USS protocol based on the RS485/232 interface.The advantage of this system is that the speed regulation and controlling on network is accomplished without purchasing the system configuration attachments.A scheme for controlling and monitoring motors with low-cost but high-performance is provided.
