减振器试验台仿真分析

摘    要:电液伺服试验台是测试汽车减振器性能的重要设备。通过对电液伺服试验台的液压系统分析,建立了液压系统仿真模型,输入典型正弦信号和仿真路面输入信号,经系统模型进行仿真输出,通过对比输入输出信号波形差异,得出本试验台方案可行,为试验台的建立提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Electro-hydraulic servo automotive damper test bench is an important device for damper performance test in a lab.The article analyzes the hydraulic pressure system of Electro-hydraulic servo automotive damper test bench,and establishes the hydraulic pressure system emulation model.The emulation output is obtained by inputting representative sine signal and road surface input signal to be emulated through the system model.The comparison between input and output signal is conducted.The results show that the scheme of the test-bed is feasible,which provides the theoretical evidence for the test-bed.
