| 摘 要： | 根据神东矿区井下使用、检修、维护及地面维修等各方面的反馈信息,发现所使用的JOY7LS06采煤机破碎机齿轮箱设计上存在缺陷,螺栓容易断裂,增加了检(维)修工作量。通过总结分析,提出了如何改进破碎机齿轮箱行星架、压盖及压盖螺栓的措施。

| Abstract: | In terms of the feedback gathered from the underground and workshop repair, maintenance and other aspect. There exist designing defects on the lumpbreaker gear case of JOY 7LS - 06 shearer utilized in Shendong coal mining area, the bolt damage easily. By analyzing and summing up, improvement measures about planetary, shim and cap were carried out. |
