在强放热反应的固定床催化反应器的设计中,床层温度的控制常成为设计的主要焦点。本文就苯的催化氧化反应,计算研究了催化剂稀释对降低热点温度以及提高产品的产率和生产能力的作用。

Distribution of Catalyst Dilution Ratio in a Fixed Bed Reactor

The control of catalyst bed temperature in a fixed bed reactor during high exothermic reactions is of primary concern to designers. In this work, the influence of catalyst dilution ratio upon the temperature profile, product yield and plant capacity was discussed and evaluated. As an example, an approximate approach to axial distribution of catalyst dilution ratio was proposed for the design of benzene oxidation reactor.
