溢流率对液-液旋流器内部流场影响的试验研究

摘    要:溢流率作为影响液-液水力旋流器分离性能的一个重要参数,对水力旋流器的分离效果有着很大的影响。应用激光测试技术测量了在不同溢流率下的轴流式液-液水力旋流器内部流场的变化特点。测试结果表明,溢流率主要是通过改变旋流器内部轴向速度场来影响旋流器的分离效率,旋流器锥段底部是其内部流场稳定性的"薄弱区",极易受溢流率的影响,对此段结构应做进一步改进。

Abstract:As an important parameter affecting the separation performance of liquid-liquid hydrocyclone, overflow rate has a great influence on the separation effect of hydrocyclone. The inner flow field change of axial-flow liquid-liquid hydrocyclone at different overflow rates is measured by using laser measurement technology. The measurement result shows that the overflow rate affects the separation efficiency of the hydrocyclone mainly through changing the axial velocity field inside the hydrocyclone, and the cone bottom of the hydrocyclone is a weak zone for the stability of inner flow field, which is susceptible to overflow rate and needs to be further improved.
