| 摘 要： | 以阳泉煤业公司天花池风机房出风口消声器为例，详细阐述了重达12．5t的大型消声器的吊装方案．并探讨了方形空腔结构出风口消声器在施工吊装过程中容易出现的问题，通过对吊装方法的确定、吊点的布置和结构杆件的设计计算等方面的分析，指导设计符合吊装要求的消声器结构。

| Abstract: | This paper takes example of wind muffler in Yangquan coal group tianhuachi wind plant,states the hoist schema,discusses the promblem of square carity in hoisting process,through determining hoist method,sayout of crane point and design of stuctural rods,and guides to design muffler strucutre to meet lifting requirements. |
