摘    要:本文对轴向柱塞泵或马达缸体与配流盘之间的稳态油膜流动做了数值计算。求解油膜雷诺方程时采用了网格生成和坐标变换技术用以处理油膜计算区域的复杂几何形状。计算还考虑了缸体与配流盘相互位置变化对油膜形状的影响。这些措施保证了能对任意缸体转动位置下的准确油膜形状进行数值计算。计算工作还包括较为完整的前、后处理部分,使计算程序成为一个容易操作的工程化软件包,可直接用于“剩余压紧力”概念下的工程设计计算。

Abstract:Sealing and lubricating fluid film between port plate and cylinder block of axial piston machines has complex shapes.It is difficult to solve Reynolds equation using Cartesian or polar coordinates to calculate flows in this kind of fluid film. In this study a " body-fitted "grid of natural coordinates is automatically generated to fit the complex geometrical shape of the fluid film. Reynolds equation in the form of natural coordinates is proposed and solved in a rectangular shaped computational domain using grid transformation technique.The calculalion can also determine the instantaneous film shape due to the changes of the cylinder block position relative to the port plate at certain time of pump or motor's rotation, before a quasi-steady computation takes place.Numerical results are compared with 1960's BHRA electric potential field analogue results and recent Japanese experimental results.The. present computational code can be directly used in the practical designs based on the concept of "overbalancing" of forces.
