四川低品位含砷石英脉型金矿石浮选试验研究

摘    要:对某低品位难选金矿进行的浮选试验研究表明,硫化矿包裹型金矿宜用浮选法进行分选,在处理该金矿时,组合捕收剂要比单一型的捕收剂效果好,在磨矿细度67.0%-74μm的条件下,金品位2.15 g/t的原矿,经过实验室闭路试验的一次异步混合浮选、两次精选、两次扫选流程的分选,可获得金精矿品位41.24 g/t、回收率85.83%的理想指标。

Abstract:Abstract: The results of the beneficiation experimental study on a low-grade refractory gold ore show that the gold in sulfide ore inclusion should be separated by flotation. When dealing with this ore, combined collectors will performance better than single ones. The using of combined collectors obtains better effects than the using of single ones. The ideal technical index of gold concentrate with its grade of 41.24g/t and the recovery of 85.83% can be obtained through the closed-circuit test of two asynchronous flotation, two cleaning, and two scavenging to the gold ore with grade of 2.15g/t under the grinding fineness 67.0%-0.074mm.
