四川甘孜某金矿石选矿试验研究

摘    要:针对四川甘孜某金矿石在工艺矿物学研究的基础上进行了全浮选流程和重选—浮选流程方案的选矿试验研究。当重选采用尼尔森选矿机回收粗粒金时,获得含金112.51 g/t、回收率64.68%的优质尼尔森金精矿,同时对尼尔森重选尾矿进行浮选富集,获得含金44.90 g/t、作业回收率85.81%的浮选金精矿,最终可获得综合回收率94.99%的金精矿,与全浮流程相比,金的回收率提高了7.90%,重选—浮选联合流程效果明显。

Abstract:In this paper, we conducted the full flotation processing and gravity-forth separation on a gold ore from Ganzi in Sichuan province on the basis of mineralogy studies. When we used the Nelson concentrator to recycle coarse gold, we got high-quality of gold concentrate which had the recovery of 64.68% and the grade increased to 112.51g/t. Meanwhile, through the flotation, we also get the concentration at the grade of 44.90g/t, and the operation-recovery of 85.81%. At last, the composite recovery reached to 94.99% and improved 7.90% when it compared to the full flotation processing. So the effect of gravity separation in conjunction with forth flotation is more obvious.
