闭冷水泵节能优化改造

摘    要:针对大唐宁德发电公司600MW机组闭冷水泵运行中存在的扬程裕量大、调节不合理、电耗高等问题,对水泵进行了节能优化改造。改造后泵的最高运行效率从78.48%提高到了90.37%。改造后平均耗电率下降了40%,节约电功率240kW。改造方案简单,投资少,效益高,适用于所有的大型机组闭冷水泵。

Abstract:Aiming to the problems existing in the running of 600 MW units circle cooling water heating exchanging pump which is in Datang Ningde Power Generation Co., Ltd., such as large head margin, irrational adjustment, and high power consumption, etc, pump is processed energy-conservation optimization reconstruction. After constructing, its highest running efficiency is improved from 78.48 percent to 90.37 percent. The average power-consumption rate is decreased to 40 percent, and the saves electrical power is 240 kW. The rebuilding scheme, which is simple and low-cost, is adapt to circle cooling water heating exchanging pumps in all kinds of large-scale units.
