铁矿石XRF现场取样技术的研究与应用

摘    要:介绍了铁矿石X射线荧光分析现场取样的技术及其在武钢金山店铁矿的应用效果,主要讨论XRF现场取样中的几何效应。基体效应、水份及矿化不均匀性的影响和校正办法。试验表明,XRF现场取样的合格率达到87.7%,超过了传统的人工取样化验方法的重现性,其速度比传统方法至少提高200倍,并明显地降低了生产成本,提高了经济效益。

Abstract:new technique for direct and rapid analyses of total Fe content in iron ores has been developed by using the microcomputer-based portable XRF analyzer. The matrix, geometric,water and inhomogeneous mineralisation effects were also discussed in detail, and the methods of eliminating these effects were presented. The analytical error of total Fe content was less than 3%. The detecting system consisted of a 238Pu source(740MBq),a NaI(Tl)detector and a special filter.
