| 摘 要： | 利用紫外线照射人皮肤角化细胞，采用流式细胞技术观察细胞 进程和细胞凋亡情况，并研究了人参皂甙单体Rg-1和Rb-1对紫外辐射的保护.作用。结果表明一定剂量的紫外线可明显诱导人皮肤角化细胞S期阻滞及细胞凋亡，人参皂甙单体Rg-1和Rb-1能够释放S期阻滞，抑制细胞凋亡，对细胞的紫外辐射损伤具有不同程度的保护作用，为开发相关的抗紫外辐射护肤产品提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | The effect of ultraviolet ray on Colo16 was studied.The cell cycle and apptosis were observed by use of flow cytometer,and the ultraviolet portective effect of ginsenoside Rg-1?Rb-1was studied too.The results was obtained that UVB could induce obviously Colo16 S-phase block and apoptosis.Colo16 S-phase block was released and rate of apoptosis was declined by adding ginsenoside Rg-1 and Rb-1.It was concluded that the injury induced by UVB ray could be protected by ginsenoside Rg-1 and Rb-1.The theoretical basis for developing relative anti-radiant skin health products was provided. |
