| 摘 要： | 在研究矩形件优化排样数学模型的基础上, 根据不同的下料的工艺要求, 构造出与之相适应的四种不同的近似优化算法。对于这些算法, 要求它们在板材尺寸与矩形件的尺寸的差异方面;在矩形件个数的规模方面; 在矩形件之间的尺寸差异方面等敏感问题上有较好的适应性。在理论方面对这些算法进行一些定量的分析以保证这些算法的先进水平。

| Abstract: | Based on researching mathematical model for optimal layout of rectangular piece,the paper constructs four optimal layout algorithms according to different processing technology conditions.These algorithms have better adaptability to the difference of sheet dimension with rectangular piece dimension,the number of rectangular pieces and the difference of dimension of various rectangular pieces.The theoretical analysis for those algorithms ensures their advanced level. |
