固相原料反应生成碳化硅晶须的实验研究

摘    要:实验研究了三种碳原料和七种硅原料反应生成SiC晶须工艺过程,结果表明,反应生成碳化硅晶须的固相原料中,除稻壳外,白炭黑作为硅源,喷雾炭墨作为碳源,加入适当催化剂也可以得到高品位碳化硅晶须,纯度在95%以上,生成率在25%以上。

Abstract:\ The process of producing SiC whisker from solid raw materials which included 3 kinds of raw materials related to carbon and 7 kinds of raw materials related to sillcon was studied in this paper. As a result, high grade SiC whisker with purity up to 95% and yield up to 25% were gotten from white carbon black (as raw material of sillcon) spraying carbon black (as raw material of carbon) and proper catalyst.
