音频法检测球铁轴类件球化率和基体组织的研究

摘    要:本文在音频法无损检测球铁试体研究的基础上,进一步对球铁凸轮轴球化率和基体组织进行实体检测。测试结果表明,音频法完全适用于球铁轴类零件的100%无损检测。

Abstract:On the basis of study nondestructive detecting samples of spheroidal graphite cast iron using sonic resonant method, nodularity and matrix structure of ductile iron camshafts have been further in-vestigated in this paper. The results showed that the sonic resonant method was suitable for 100% mea-suring on the production line.
