西门子交-交变频器传动系统故障及处理

Fault and Solution of SIEMENS Cycloconverter Drive System

The cycloconverter is mainly applied to where the lower speed and large capacity is required,such as the main drives of hot rolling mills and cold rolling mills. The main drives of the five stands and recoilers of Baogang 1420 PL TCM all employ SIEMENS cycloconverter drive system. This article introduces diagnosis function,general fault analyses and solutions of the drive system according to maintain experiences,and especially describes the switch on/off locking condition,fault trip groups,overcurrent,thyristor arms monitor ,state off voltage supervision,thyritor element aging,three phase current not equilibration,impulse generator fault and so on, it has reference to maintain of similar cycloconverter.
