摘    要:以 1,2 环氧戊烷的甲酸溶液和氢氧化钙为起始原料 ,通过中和、水解、过滤干燥、浓缩、萃取、过滤干燥、浓缩、精馏 ,得到高纯度、高收率的 1,2 戊二醇和甲酸钙。 1,2 戊二醇的总收率 92 8% ,含量 99 5 % ;甲酸钙的收率 95 % ,含量≥ 98%。此法反应条件温和 ,操作简便 ,适合工业化生产。

Abstract:An improved process synthesizing 1,2-pentanediol and calcium formate has been developed using 1,2-epoxypentane in formic solution and calcium hydroxide as starting materials via neutralization, hydrolysis, filtration and drying, concentrating, extraction, filtration and drying again and then concentrating and rectification, final product with high purity and high yield is obtained. The total yield of 1,2-pentanediol is 92.8% with purity of 99.5%, the yield of calcium formate is 95%, purity 98%. This process exhibits advantages of mild reaction conditions, and is easy to operation, so it is suitable for industrial production.
