SBS改性沥青紫外老化研究

摘    要:将不同老化时间、老化方式的SBS改性沥青的饱和分、芳香分、胶质、沥青质和SBS改性剂分离出来,用傅立叶红外光谱分析各组分的结构变化以研究SBS改性沥青的紫外老化机理.结果表明:紫外老化后,SBS改性沥青的饱和分和芳香分含量下降、胶质和沥青质含量上升、胶体不稳定指数上升;羧基和亚砜基含量增加,说明光氧化产生了极性官能团.

Abstract:In this paper, SBS modifier and components saturants, aromatics, glioma and asphaltenes, had been divided from SBS modified asphalt aged for different times with different methods. The ultraviolet aging mechanism of SBS modified asphalt was studied through analyzing the structural change of various components by FTIR spectroscopy. The results showed that. after ultraviolet aging, SBS modified asphaltr s components changed, of which saturants content and aromatics content decreased lglioma content and asphaltenes content in- creased,the Ic value rised. In additlon,it was found that sulfoxide group content and carbonyl group content in- creased significantly, which indicated that polar functional groups generated.
