| Abstract: | Along with the development of advanced manufacturing technology, the improvement on tool materials has played an important role in modern manufacturing industry. Understanding performances of cutting tools and correctly choice of tools for special applications will improve machining quality and reduce tool cost. Here, the cutting performances of fine ceramet tools and their applications are discussed based on experiment made on commercial ceramet tools. |
