| 摘 要： | 介绍了用端铣刀盘包络法数控铣削内圆柱面的加工原理，数学模型及坐标系的建立，具体实施的工艺方案，加工时误差分析及步距角的确定，数控编程和加工注意事项。该方法可为具有相似加工对象的用户提供一种加工思路。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the machining principle of internal cylinder cut by end mill under numericallycontrolled with envilope method, establishing of mathmatical model and coordinate, working out of the processes plan, analysis oh errors in machining, decision of step angles and matters needing attension in NC programming and machining.The method may be help for users in similar jobs. |
