| 摘 要： | 介绍了一个已研制成功的通用化箱体类零件CAPP／NCP集成系统SUCAP，该系统能够对加工特征进行定义、修改等管理工作。用户在特征库的支持下，对箱体类零件进行描述，系统则根据描述的信息自动生成面向加工中心的工艺卡片和数控加工源代码。该系统已经得到了成功的应用。

| Abstract: | The CAPP/NCP integrated system of general box-type parts(SUCAP) which has been successfully developed is introduced in the paper. The system can carry on some management such as definition and modification of the machining characteristics. The box-type parts is described by consumers who are supported by the characteristic base. Then, on the basis of the described data, the system auto-generates the original code of the numerical control machining and the technical cards faced to the mechanical center. The system has been successfully applied. |
