| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村是党在新的历史时期做出的一项重大决策,有着深远的历史和现实意义。本文从我国的历史经验和现状及未来需要的立场出发论证了新农村建设的必要性,并结合新农村的基本特征分析了内涵,从微观和宏观两个角度提出了四点新农村建设的思路。
