四川电力调度中心在多年持续开展电网调度安全性评价工作的基础上,针对传统查评方式效率低下、数据挖掘分析不够等问题,革新传统查评手段,在全国率先建设了四川电网省地县一体化调度安全生产保障能力评估系统,实现了电网运行风险的超前预控与定量分析,大大提高了调度安全性评价工作的质量及效率,电网安全管理步入了标准化、信息化、常态化运转的轨道,充分保障了电网安全稳定运行。

Construction of Province-prefecture-country Integration System with Support Ability Assessment of Dispatching Safety

Based on the evaluations of grid dispatching safety for many years,and aiming at the inefficient traditional assessment method which is lack of in-depth analysis,Sichuan Electric Power Dispatching Center has built the support ability assessment system of dispatching safety firstly in China,which has realized the province-prefecture-country integration,and the precontrolling and quantitative analysis of grid operational risk.It can improve the quality and efficiency of dispatching safety assessment greatly,which represents the standardization,information and normalization of grid safety management.
