转炉烟气净化及煤气回收系统中炉口微差压的自动控制

摘    要:介绍了转炉烟气净化及回收设备的电气控制系统。转炉炼钢在吹炼过程中,产生的CO气体具有很高的回收利用价值。运用模糊控制原理代替了以往系统中采用PID调节器的方法,改善了系统的性能指标,提高了转炉烟气回收的效果,同时又净化了大气环境。

Abstract:The electric control system of the equipments for converter smoke purification and gas recovery is introduced.The converter makes steel in blew process,the output of CO has the very high recovery use value.By use of the fuzzy control principle replaces in before system the modulator of PID method,improved the performance index of the system,and result of converter gas recovery,purified the atmosphere environment again at the same time.
