| 摘 要： | 中药蜜丸补丸机在自动化蜜丸包装生产线上不可或缺,其电气控制系统的性能决定了自动补丸的效果。为了更好地实现准确补丸的目的,对补丸机电气控制系统的软硬件进行了设计,选用了西门子公司生产的SIMATIC S7-300系列可编程控制器对系统进行控制,采用光电式传感器检测,并对控制系统中的其它低压电器进行了匹配。程序调试的结果表明控制系统运行可靠。
