摘    要:氧化锆陶瓷套筒表面微米级的裂纹、崩口等缺陷直接影响到光纤连接器的使用寿命和使用性能.介绍了氧化锆陶瓷套筒表面质量自动检测机的研究成果,采用线扫描的CCD成像技术,检测到陶瓷套筒表面多种缺陷:研制出高精度自动机械系统,实现陶瓷套筒自动上料、旋转驱动和分拣下料自动化;采用对比强化和边检测算法处理表面裂纹图像,自动识别表面裂...
