| 摘 要： | 煤机液压制动器在装入整机前都要进行打压试验,某公司现用摩擦式液压制动器在试压过程中经常出现试压失效的情况。通过对采煤机液压制动器试压失效原因分析、试压压力校核计算,最后得出结论。综合考虑各种因素,同时参考计算结果,从而修正了某公司自制液压制动器试压压力。

| Abstract: | Test pressure should be conducted before shearer hydraulic brake is loaded in machine.The friction hydraulic brake often fails during pressure test in our company.By shearer hydraulic brake pressure test fails analysis,calibration of test pressure,then ring the final conclusion is drawn.Taking various elements into the comprehensive consideration and refer ring to the results,thus the pressure in hydraulic brake pressure test is revised in our company. |
