| 摘 要： | 为满足高速铁路建设中对砼制件钢制模具的需求,以隧道盾构管片钢模和无砟轨道板钢模为例,介绍了砼制件钢模的工作原理,分析了两种砼制件钢模的结构形式,给出了砼制件钢模设计的主要流程和需要注意的问题,为以后的砼制件钢制模具设计提供了技术参考。 |

| Abstract: | For meeting the demands of steel moulds of concrete parts in construction of high-speed railway,this paper takes steel moulds of shield-tunnel lining segment and steel mould of ballastless track slab as examples to describe working philosophy of steel moulds of concrete parts,and makes an analysis of structural characteristics of these two kinds of moulds.This paper gives key points and design flow for structure design of moulds and offers a technical reference for future design of moulds. |
