三相异步电机定子与机壳温度的影响因素研究

摘    要:以Y100L-2型三相异步电机为研究对象,建立了电机定子铁心二维传热模型,通过计算得到电机定子温升与机壳温升的变化规律.讨论了环境温度,电机负荷对电机温升的影响,得出了随着电机负荷和环境温度的增加,定子最高温度随之增大,以及机壳到定子之间的温升随环境温度变化非常小等结论.

Abstract:A two-dimensional mathematical heat transfer model has been built according to the structure of asynchronous motor,through which the temperature rise of stator and frame can be simulated.The effects of condition temperature and motor load to the temperature rise of motor have been studied.And the results show that the maximal temperature of stator increased when the load of motor and condition temperature increased,the temperature different between frame and stator changed little when the condition temperat...
