| 摘 要： | 由谷氨酸氧化酶和葡萄糖氧化酶组成的双酶电极系统,可以同时分析谷氨酸和葡萄糖的含量,每次进样量为25μl,反应可在20s内完成,在0～100mg/dl范围内具有良好的线性关系。连续测定30次的变异系数分别为0.80％和0.78％,酶膜使用寿命达两个月之久。

| Abstract: | The model SBA-40 L-glutamate & glucose bifunctional analyser consisted of both L-glumatate oxidase electrode and glucose oxidase electrode can simultaneously determine the content of L-glutamate and glucose. Each linear range is between 0 and 100mg/dl with a response of only 20 seconds and only 25μl sample each assay. The coefficient of variation is 0. 80% and 0. 78% with 30 continuous assays. The enzyme menbrances can be continuously used for more than two months. |
