户外用丙烯酸塑料涂料黄变的研究

摘    要:以丙烯酸树脂为成膜物制备了几种户外用丙烯酸塑料涂料并测试了涂料的黄变情况.试验结果表明,在塑料表面喷涂塑料涂料能明显改善塑料底材的黄变情况,成膜物及钛白粉的种类影响涂料的黄变,紫外线吸收剂可明显改善塑料涂料的黄变情况,当紫外线吸收剂的添加量为0.3%时,黄变最弱.

Abstract:Several acrylic plastic coatings used outdoors were prepared with acrylic resin as a film-forming material and then tested for their yellowing. The results showed that spraying plastic coatings on the surfaces of plastics could obviously improve the yellowing of the plastic substrate, the type of the film-forming material and titanium dioxide influenced the yellowing of the coatings, UV absorber could obviously improve the yellowing of the plastic coatings, and yellowing was the weakest when 0.3% UV absorber was added.
