弧形微型散热片的流动和换热特性

摘    要:建立了弧形微槽道散热片的三维稳态模型,对不同雷诺数、不同热流密度的弧形槽道层流的流动和换热特性进行了数值模拟和实验研究,并与换热面积相同的直矩形槽道进行比较。结果表明:弧形槽道散热片相对于直矩形槽道散热片冷却效果更好,并且温度分布更均匀;弧形槽道散热片的换热系数,进出口压降和努赛尔数随着雷诺数的增加而增大。

Abstract:This article established the three-dimensional steady-state model of curved micro-channel heat sink and made numerical simulation and experimental study of curved channel laminar flow and heat transfer characteristics with different Reynolds number and different heat fluxes, and it also showed straight rectangular channel of the same heat transfer area for comparison. The results showed that: with respect to a straight rectangular channel heat sink, the curved channel heat sink'cooling effect is better, and the temperature distribution is more uniform; The heat transfer coefficient, the outlet pressure drop and the Nusselt number of curved channel increases with the increasing of Reynolds number.
