玻璃熔窑用钼制品的抗氧化涂层研究

摘    要:为了提高玻璃熔窑用钼制品的抗氧化性能并延长其使用寿命,采用多元共渗工艺在纯钼制品表面制备高温抗氧化涂层。研究了涂层的微观多元结构、元素分布、相组成以及静态抗氧化性能。结果表明:涂层与钼基体之间通过高温扩散形成冶金结合,形成均匀、致密、多层、互溶组织。经过在空气气氛下的氧化测试后,涂层厚度虽然减少,但涂层结构完整,表面呈致密光滑状态;且钼制品无氧化反应,基体完好无损。涂层样品还分别在800℃、1 000℃及1 300℃下进行了使用寿命的氧化测试:涂层制品在低温环境下具有优异的抗氧化性能,未出现粉化现象;而且涂层制品在1 300℃的高温环境下,存在时间长达1 000 h。由于钼制品在烤窑期间经受的最高温度为1 200℃,时间为360 h,所以此涂层完全可以达到保护其在烤窑预热期间不被氧化破坏的目的。

Abstract:In order to improve the oxidation resistance of molybdenum products for glass melting furnaces so as to prolong their service life an oxidation resistant coating on the surface of molybdenum products was prepared by multicomponent cementation.The multi-layered structure,element distribution,phase composition and static oxidation resistance of the coating were investigated by XRD,SEM,and EDS.The results show that it is a smooth compositional gradient multi-layered coating.The thickness of coating reduced a bit after the oxidation test in air which was simulated the startup of the glass melting process.Coating's structure remains intact and no any oxidation damage of molybdenum matrix could be detected.The oxidation tests for coated samples were conducted at 800 ℃,1 000 ℃ and 1300 ℃ for different periods of time until the coating fails to determine the performance and service life of the coating.The coating survived under 800 ℃ and 1 000 ℃ without Pesting.Furthermore,the coating also survived under 1 300 ℃ for more than 1 000 hours.Due to the fact that the most critical condition during startup of the glass melting process is that molybdenum products suffer at 1 200 ℃ for 360 hours,it can be concluded that this coating can easily prevent molybdenum products from oxidation damage throughout the heating up process of glass melting furnace.
