摘    要:选取H-K9L光学玻璃作研究对象,研究了在瓷铂连熔炉中生产H-K9L光学玻璃时,引入不同含量硝酸盐、氧化锑对玻璃气泡、杂质、透过率及颜色的影响。通过对产品内部品质统计、着色离子含量的分析以及0.3 L坩埚熔制实验结果的验证,掌握了瓷铂连熔炉生产过程中的气氛、澄清剂的影响机理,提升了H-K9L光学玻璃品质控制能力。

Abstract:Taking optical glass H-K9L as the research object the influences of content of nitrate and antimony oxide on bubbles,inclusions,transmittance and color of the optical glass H-K9L produced in porcelain-platinum continuous melting furnace was investigated.Through statistics of product quality,analysis of coloring ion content and verification of results from melting experiment in 0.3L crucible,the mechanism of influence of atmosphere and refining agent during producing process was revealed so as to improve our ability of quality control for optical glass H-K9L.
