| 摘 要： | 介绍了玻纤布滤料发展及应用,并对玻纤布覆膜滤料代替PPS滤料用于电力行业袋式除尘器的可行性进行分析,讨论了玻纤布滤料与电力行业传统用PPS滤料的性能差距以及成本优势。针对国外玻纤布滤料早在燃煤电厂袋式除尘有长期应用的案例,开发出了新型玻纤布覆膜滤料,成功应用于2×200 MW燃煤机组烟气净化,实际使用效果良好。

| Abstract: | This paper breafs the development and application of filter media made of glass cloth, analyzes the feasibility of replacing PPS filter media with membrane-laminated glass cloth filter media in power industry, and discusses the advantages of glass cloth filter media in performance and cost over the traditional PPS filter media used in power industry. In view of the long term application of foreign glass cloth filter media in the baghouses of coal-fired power plants, Sinoma has successfully developed home-made glass cloth filter media laminated with PTFE membrane, which have been successfully used in 2 × 200 MW coal-fired units for flue gas purification, with good results in actual use. |
