高压脉冲电容器耐久性试验线路的设计及实施

在高压交流断路器合成试验的瞬态恢复电压(TRV)调节回路中,其调频电容的工作条件有特殊的要求,必须按其实际运行工作负荷进行特殊的耐久性试验。而实施该试验的试验线路,目前在国内外尚未见过。本设计提出的具体试验线路,包括一次试验主回路和二次控制电路以及测量线路的试验线路,实现了全过程的自动化控制,提高了试验效率,确保了试验设备和工作人员的安全,调试成功后投入了工业性运行,取得了满意的效果。

Design and Implementation of Endurance Test Circuit of High-voltage Pulse Capacitor

In transient recovery voltage(TRV) adjusting circuit of synthetic test of high-voltage alternating-current circuit-breakers,the frequency-modulation capacitors work in special conditions and the endurance test must be performed under actual load.But the satisfied endurance test circuit including main test circuit and control circuit and measuring circuit is not reported at home and abroad up to now.The whole test process should be performed automatically.The design has many advantages,for example,improving efficiency and safe to equipment and personnel.In the paper,a viable test circuit is designed,and the design is proved effective through industrial run after debugged successfully.
